A New Look for St. Patrick’s

This year is a year of changes for St. Patrick’s – and this includes a fresh new look! As part of our rector search process and in response to our parish survey results, Vestry and the Search Committee set out to make the best first impression and make sure the parish stays as informed and as involved as possible.

The first step was creating a “St. Patrick’s Look”. This included logo design, color studies, font studies and content writing. Many of you have probably already seen our brand new logo! What you may not have seen are the official colors and fonts we have adopted. Combined, these all create our “brand standards” and they are all aimed at creating brand (or in this case, church) awareness, both within the parish and outside.

Once we had the brand standards in place, we could move on to our website. Our goal was to create an inviting page with concise messaging. This is both to keep our parish informed and ALSO to attract possible new members. We want folks to quickly be able to find what we believe, know that everyone is welcome, understand what we do in the community, and how they can get involved. If you have not already taken a look, I encourage you to go check out the new website at www.St-Patricks-Lebanon.org!

You will quickly see a calendar on our homepage that we will keep up to date, a “New Here” tab that provides information for visitors, information about our ministries (and who to contact for each) and much more. Soon we will be adding a blog (in which we will begin to add lots of the information that lived on our old site) and forms of donating online!

Our newly formed Communications Committee will be maintaining the new website, along with designing other systems that will keep everyone as informed as possible! If you have any questions or comments about our new look, feel free to contact Danielle Weaver at 513-478-5182.
