Good Shepherd Preschool open for 2021-22 school year!

After more than a year of pandemic closure, we are pleased to be reopening Good Shepherd preschool!

The program is focused on learning and working with the stories of God’s love for his people in a Montessori style. Each Tuesday morning, one of the leaders tells a different bible story, using wooden figures or felt and paper shapes to help illustrate it. These same figures are then placed on shelves for the children to use in telling the stories. Students are also provided with a variety of related art materials, which they may use to respond to the story in their own way, their 'work'. This work time is followed by revisiting the story, praying, sharing a meal (snack) and singing.

The program is offered free to all 3-5 year old children in the Lebanon area. There are still a few spaces available for this fall. If there are any little ones in your life who might enjoy the program, please contact Jill Lane for more information.
